The Job
- Lead the design process for web and mobile applications from concept to final delivery
- Translate business and user requirements into intuitive, high-quality design solutions
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Ensure consistency across products through strong visual and UX standards
- Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to deliver effective design outcomes
- Present design ideas clearly to clients and stakeholders
- Apply UX best practices to improve usability and user experience
- Provide guidance to junior designers and contribute to overall design quality
Requirements
- From six (06) years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating web/mobile design projects
- Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and usability best practices
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, or similar)
- Good communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Good English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in web publishing or hosting platforms
- Up-to-date with design trends & tools
