The Web Fullstack Developer will take primary ownership of ExoTrails’ web applications and internal back-office tools, ensuring high quality, performance, and scalability. This role works closely with QC/QA, Product, Design, and Team Leaders throughout the development lifecycle to deliver reliable, user-focused web products that support ExoTrails’ business and community ecosystem. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of translating product requirements and designs into production-ready web solutions while maintaining strong collaboration across teams

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain ExoTrails web applications and internal back-office tools
• Build scalable and maintainable frontend architectures using ReactJS, Next.js, and TypeScript
• Implement and optimize CSR / SSR / ISR rendering strategies to improve performance and SEO
• Work with RESTful APIs and backend services to deliver end-to-end features
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
• Optimize web performance, caching strategies, and browser rendering behavior
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance to maintain production-grade standards
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, Developers, and QC team members throughout the development lifecycle
• Participate in requirement discussions and provide technical feedback and solution proposals
• Support release activities, monitor production issues, and contribute to system stability
• Maintain and continuously improve existing systems based on product and business needs

Your Skills and Experience

Required qualifications & Core competencies

• 3+ years of experience in frontend development using ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Strong expertise in React and TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with Next.js (highly preferred)
• Solid understanding of: 
  • Browser rendering mechanisms 
  • HTTP protocols 
  • Caching strategies 
  • State management
• Practical experience with CSR / SSR / ISR
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and backend services
• Familiarity with testing frameworks, code reviews, and production-grade frontend systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to code quality and maintainability

Additional requirements

• Experience with AI-powered UI generation tools (Claude Code, v0, Bolt, or similar)
• Design systems, monorepos, or micro-frontend experience
• Familiarity with design tools (Figma) and design-to-code workflows
• Cloud platform experience
