Design and maintain layouts, colors, fonts, images, etc., for the company's website based on branding guidelines
Enhance UX/UI by applying user-centered design principles
Design various presentation materials (e.g., PowerPoint) for internal and external use
Create visual prototypes to communicate design ideas
Collaborate closely with frontend developers, marketing teams, and content creators
Continuously learn and analyze the latest web design trends and technologies

Bachelor's degree or higher in Design, Graphic Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field
Intermediate or higher English level
High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Sketch, Figma, PowerPoint
Deep understanding of UX/UI principles
Strong creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork skills

Experience in Responsive Web Design
- Candidates with hands-on experience designing responsive websites optimized for various devices (desktop, tablet, mobile) are highly preferred.
- Understanding of media queries, grid/flex layout systems, and mobile-first design principles is a strong plus.
Relevant Design Certifications
- Possession of certifications such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
Motion Graphics or Microinteraction Skills
- Experience incorporating animation or micro-interaction elements into web or presentation design is a plus.
Experience in Branding & Visual Identity
- Applicants with experience in building or maintaining brand visual identity systems—including logo design, color schemes, and typography—will be favorably considered.
Strong Cross-functional Collaboration Experience
- Preferred candidates have experience working closely with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, marketing, and content creators.
Diverse and High-quality Portfolio
- A portfolio showcasing a variety of styles, especially projects involving both web UI design and presentation design (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote), is strongly preferred.
