Job Description
I. Recruitment
1. Recruitment Planning:
- Receive recruitment needs from departments
- Advise on suitable recruitment options (timeline, recruitment channels, costs)
- Monitor and update monthly recruitment plans
2. Recruitment Implementation
- Post job advertisements on platforms (VietnamWorks, TopCV, LinkedIn…)
- Search for candidates through multiple channels
- Screen resumes, contact candidates, and schedule interviews
3. Interviewing & Evaluation
- Participate in the first round of interviews (HR screening)
- Assess cultural and skill fit

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as human resources, law, and English…
- Languages: English.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR
- Skills:
• Excellent communication skills, proactive
• Interviewing and candidate assessment skills
• Organizational and work management skills
• Proficient in Excel and Google Workspace
