Job Description
Your role & responsibilities
- Support to install Data Streams's software or configure environments.
- Training for customer about Product functions.
- Receive customer's support requirements and find the way and handle them.
- Website Design, development and maintenance of corporate homepages.
- Development of UI Program for Web-based Software Products.
- Development web portal systems linked to big data platforms.
- Manage and grow a strong team of Web developers.
- Support and deploy development server for DEV team.
- Support and deploy test server for QA team.
- Training server management for members.
- Manage all devices.
- Request device for members when having requirements.
- Support to BD Team for researching Customer's technical request.
Your skills & qualifications
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of IT systems (Operating Systems, Networking, Databases)
- Understanding of Web applications (Client–Server model, HTTP/HTTPS)
- Ability to read logs and perform basic issue analysis
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database operations
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix command line is a plus
- Good communication skills and ability to support end users
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and proactive attitude at work
Preferred Qualifications
- Major in IT or related fields
- Basic knowledge of Java or general understanding of Back-end applications
- Understanding of system operation processes (deployment, monitoring is a plus)
- Experience in internships or projects related to system operation or technical support
- Familiarity with tools such as: Git, Docker (basic level), Log monitoring tools (ELK stack, Kibana, etc.)
- Good teamwork and collaboration skills with Dev and QA teams

- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, debugging, or supporting users
- High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure
- Self-motivated in learning and applying new technologies
Education Level: University
Working Time: Monday to Friday (08h30 – 17h30)
