Job Description
• Drive pre‑sales strategy, process optimization, and service quality to deliver a strong customer experience and sales conversion for client products.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal Technical teams and other departments to ensure effective operations and smooth inquiry‑to‑sale conversion.
• Lead performance management through data analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives, sharing insights regularly with internal leadership and the client.
• Build and sustain a high‑performance, resilient team culture in a fast‑paced, scaling environment.

• 3+ years of experience in tele-sales, pre‑sales, customer service, sales operations, or related fields, with 2–3+ years managing managers or team leads.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus.
• Proven experience working with external clients or stakeholders, ideally in a B2B, SaaS, or partner‑led business model.
• Experience in Tech, SaaS, or online platforms is a strong plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a data‑driven and customer‑centric mindset.
• Comfortable operating under pressure and driving alignment across diverse, high‑volume, multi‑market teams.
