• Participate in Business Review meetings, present operation results, collect feedback and address concerns.

Must-have:

• Native Japanese speaker (Based in Ho Chi Minh City or Willing to relocate and work onsite in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam)

• Manageable English (Can communicate in English at a basic work level)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in team management

• Strong customer-facing and communication skills

Nice-to-have:

• Experience managing teams of 20+ members

• 2+ years of experience in a BPO or customer service environment
