Job Description
Your role & responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment for senior and niche positions, with a strong focus on headhunting and market mapping.
- Build and maintain a strategic talent pipeline for critical business roles.
- Partner closely with leadership teams to define hiring strategies aligned with company growth.
- Lead market research, competitor analysis, and candidate intelligence gathering.
- Elevate recruitment standards by applying structured methodologies instead of relying only on personal networks.
Your skills & qualifications
- 5+ years experiences in handling end-to-end recruitment, especially for senior or hard-to-fill roles (3+ years experiences in AdTech/ Media/ MarTech/ MKT Agency... Domain).
- Proven hunting skills with hands-on experience in mapping talent across industries.
- Strong research and market analysis abilities to identify and attract top talent.
- Prior experience in the media/tech/Adtech industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Ability to mentor and guide a small TA team in scaling hiring capabilities.
- Proficient in English for professional communication (Equivalent to 6.5 Ielts - Speaking is a plus).
