Job Description
Job Purpose
Primary responsible for the execution of sustainability partnerships including responsible, social and environmental ones that are defined as CA (Corporate Affairs) delivery in “Brew a Better Vietnam 2030 / Together we can”. This responsibility is mainly achieved by:
Partnering with relevant internal and external stakeholders to implement partnerships that deliver HVN’s social impact, water balancing, and alcohol-harm reduction ambitions and agenda.
Implementing employee engagement relating to these partnerships
Key Accountabilities
Implement all CA-led partnerships
Plan and work with the approved partners, coordinators, internal CA teams including communication and public affairs, cross-functional teams: including marketing, sales, people… to execute partnership initiatives.
Support to find projects and partnerships that positively impact corporate reputation and support purposeful brands where possible.
Manage the budget spending and activities plan and all the relating logistics (advance, payment, design and production, etc…) as required.
Ensure the implementation of these partnerships fully compliant with Heirules and global guidelines.
Register these partnerships in Global system as required.
Track and store all relevant outcomes & impacts of partnership initiatives for report and communication.
Work, seek support or give support to global, where relevant, on the topics.
Collaborate with communication team for story telling on these partnerships and with Public Affairs to support relevant legislation and engagement on the partnership topics with Gov & stakeholders
Initiate and create slides decks and speaking notes for HVN executives to share partnership practices of the company at relevant conferences, forums, webinars, workshops, etc…
Implement employee/cross-functional engagement relevant to partnership topics
Develop initiatives that well support engagement for employees and relevant departments.
Create or co-create, where required, annual plan for those initiatives.
Co-lead and/or coordinate with relevant departments for their joint contributions.
Implement these initiatives to contribute to company pride and love from employees.

Manage partnerships, external agencies and budget, with Cost and Value mindset, while ensuring excellent execution, KPIs delivery and impact measurement.

Qualification & Experience Required
Bachelor of Art degree, higher ideally in sustainability related specific (sustainability, social impact, environment management)
More than 2 years working experience in sustainability or social activities, environmental advocacy, community support.
Higher ideally with working experience in private, business associations, NGO sectors
Digital literacy, tech-savvy
Ability to translate outcome data into impact and value
Information gathering and interpreting skills
Organisational skills to manage demanding workload and priorities
Strong campaign planning and project management
Great networking & influencing skills to engage wide range of audience
Ability to handle complex issues, grasp complex information, adapt well to contextual changes and communicate simply and creatively.
Fluent in English (verbal & written skill)
