Sourcing Specialist

· Assist supervisor on end-to-end sourcing activities within the Gifts and Toys, Ornaments and Printed products category.

· Serve as a critical communication link among our overseas customers, our suppliers and all internal departments on all sourcing related activities.

· Degree holder / Tertiary educated with more than 2 years of procurement experience, preferably in gifts and toys, ornaments and printed products.

· Good at order management, sourcing skills, negotiation skills and problem-solving skills.

· Fluent English in both written & spoken.

· Strong in Excel, good in Words and PowerPoint.

· Knowledge in SAP is an advantage.

· Good team player, flexible, well organized and able to work independently & under pressure.

· Able to coordinate efforts of cross functional associates and work together in a positive and collaborative manner.

· Willing to travel within Vietnam or to other countries if required.
