Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
Must have:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in education, human resources, organizational development, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience as a soft skill educator or trainer, with a preference for candidates with 10+ years of experience.
• Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Deep understanding of various soft skills, including communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, design thinking, coaching, leadership, client expectation management, negotiation, time management, prioritization, change management, and finance & budgeting.
• Proven ability to adapt training programs to meet the diverse needs of different audiences, including those at various levels of the organization.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Industry alignment with large corporate or IT companies.
