Site Supervisor

- Supervise cargo loading and unloading operations at ports and customer sites.

- Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and operational procedures.

- Monitor and guide proper handling of machinery, equipment, and oversized/heavy cargo.

- Immediately report any abnormal operations or safety risks.

- This position is open to male candidates only.

- Solid knowledge of OOG transportation regulations and procedures.

- Basic understanding of heavy/hi-tech equipment and their operational purposes.

- Familiar with transportation laws and lifting equipment operations (forklifts, cranes, etc.).

- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in port operations, project cargo, heavy cargo logistics, or site supervision.

- Hands-on experience with machinery, equipment, OOG, or heavy cargo handling.

- Knowledge of cargo insurance and claims handling processes.

- Strong understanding of safety standards at ports and industrial sites, with ability to develop OOG handling procedures.

- Strong communication skills with multiple stakeholders; capable of risk identification and problem-solving.

- Able to work under pressure, outside office hours, and at ports, yards, or customer sites as required.
