• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machines at customer sites.

• Provide both on-site and remote technical support.

• Coordinate with internal teams, dealers, and head office to ensure effective service support.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related ﬁeld.

• 2–5 years of experience in machine service or maintenance.

• Knowledge of CNC machines (Turning/Milling is an advantage).

• Basic English communication skills and good computer proﬁciency.

• Willingness to travel for domestic business trips.
