Senior Warehouse Supervisor - Dong Nai (Shuttle Bus Provided)

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehouse operations while driving process improvement, digitalization, and transformation initiatives. This role combines hands-on operational leadership with project management and innovation responsibilities, supporting business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Warehouse Operations:

• Oversee daily inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound activities

• Ensure on-time fulfillment and high productivity

• Optimize manpower planning and warehouse flow

2. Inventory Management:

• Maintain high inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits

• Investigate discrepancies and enforce stock control processes (FIFO/FEFO)

3. Team Leadership:

• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse teams

• Manage performance, discipline, and workforce planning

• Build a strong safety and high-performance culture

4. Process Improvement:

• Drive Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Optimize workflows, reduce errors, and improve cycle times

5. Project Management:

• Lead warehouse-related projects (WMS upgrades, layout redesign, automation)

• Define scope, timelines, and resources, track progress and risks

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery

6. Digitalization & Transformation:

• Drive adoption of WMS, automation tools, and digital dashboards

• Identify and implement process automation opportunities

• Lead change management and ensure team adoption of new systems

7. Performance & Reporting:

• Monitor KPIs (productivity, inventory accuracy, service level, budget)

• Analyze data and implement corrective actions

8. Safety & Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

• Conduct audits and promote a zero-incident culture

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field

• 5–8+ years warehouse/logistics experience

• 2–3+ years in supervisory/leadership role

• English language proficiency required

Core Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management

• Hands-on experience with WMS / ERP systems

• Proven track record in process improvement (Lean / CI)

Project & Digital Capability (Key):

• Experience leading or supporting operations projects

• Exposure to warehouse digitalization, automation, or system implementation

• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills

Leadership & Soft Skills:

• Strong team leadership and people management

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic volume environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Lean Six Sigma or CI certification

• Project Management certification (PMP, Agile, etc.)

• Experience with automation technologies (AMR, conveyors, AS/RS, flow racks, shuttle tacks)
