We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technical knowledge, business analysis, project management, and stakeholder engagement. This role involves analyzing business needs, developing technical solutions, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical requirements. 

Position Responsibilities 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for software development projects. 
• Translate business needs into technical solutions, technical specifications, ensuring alignment with system architecture and IT capabilities. 
• Prepare and present to Clients on the technical solutions required for the business need
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, ensuring clear communication and
• Participate in project planning, scoping, and execution while providing insights on timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables. 
• Analyze data processes, recommend improvements, and create detailed functional and technical specifications for data management and reporting. 
• Develop testing strategies and ensure user acceptance testing (UAT) aligns with project requirements and business goals. 
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance business efficiency.

Your Skills and Experience

Required Knowledge & Skills: 

• Fluency in English language is a must
• Excellent in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• A strong understanding of web technology and web development is a must
• A strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, able to provide technical solutions and approach to a requirement
• A strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) 
• Able to work as a team player or independently on tasks based on circumstances
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion
• Proficient in documentation, proposal building and presentations

Prior Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of combined experience in a developer / project manager / business analyst role. Candidates with a combination of experience is preferred.
• Experience working in an international company, with client and teams in multiple different locations is preferred
• Experience working and providing enterprise web solutions are preferred
