Job Description
Your role & responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition (Global & Multi-market)
- Take ownership of the full recruitment cycle: from requirement intake, sourcing, and candidate assessment to offer negotiation and closing.
- Build & maintain strong pipelines of high-quality candidates for current and future needs.
- Drive direct sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, referrals, headhunting) to ensure a steady flow of top talent.
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments to evaluate skills, mindset, and cultural fit.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and set clear recruitment targets.
- Ensure an efficient, candidate-friendly recruitment process that reflects AWING’s culture.
2. Recruitment Strategy & Performance
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet business growth targets in Vietnam and other key markets.
- Track, analyze, and report recruitment performance metrics to ensure hiring goals are met or exceeded.
- Actively identify talent market trends and competitor movements to adapt sourcing approaches.
- Suggest improvements to the recruitment process for higher efficiency and quality.
3. Employer Branding
- Collaborate with the TA and Marketing teams to create impactful employer branding content.
- Promote AWING’s culture and career opportunities on social media and job platforms.
- Represent AWING at networking events, career fairs, and industry gatherings.
- Engage internal employees to act as brand ambassadors and share recruitment content.
4. HCD Department Support
- Contribute to onboarding programs and training initiatives for new hires.
- Support other talent-related projects within the HCD department as assigned.
Your skills & qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with proven success in direct hunting & closing candidates.
- Strong background in recruiting for multiple functions; experience in multinational or multi-market hiring is a plus.
- Previous headhunting/hunting experience is highly welcomed.
- Driven by targets and able to work under pressure with resilience and persistence.
- Excellent candidate evaluation & negotiation skills.
- Proficient in English for professional communication (Equivalent to 6.5 Ielts - Speaking is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative approach.
