Senior Structural Slab Design

As our Senior Structural Design Engineer – Slab Design, you will take the lead on high-rise and commercial slab systems using post-tensioned solutions, primarily aligned with Australian Standards. You’ll collaborate with other engineers, clients, and project stakeholders to ensure every structure we design is practical, efficient, and safe.

Technical Expertise:

- Advanced proficiency in RAM Concept for slab modeling and post-tensioning analysis

- Deep understanding of concrete design principles and construction practices

- Solid grasp of Australian Standards (experience with other international codes is a plus)

Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in post-tensioned slab and beam design

- Proven track record working on Australian building projects

- Ability to independently lead the technical design for medium to large-scale projects

Communication & Collaboration:

- Intermediate level of English (written and verbal)

- Ability to write structured technical documentation and communicate design intent
