Senior Software Engineer (Java, Typescript, English) - 8++ YoE

Your role & responsibilities

• Guide features from initial idea all the way to users’ hands
• Solve problems when requirements aren’t crystal clear and make smart architectural decisions
• Work closely with U.S. leadership to turn business needs into technical solutions
• Establish and improve engineering habits for CI/CD, monitoring, security, and performance
• Share your knowledge with teammates and make long-term technical decisions
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities while keeping code quality high

Here’s What Would Set You Up for Success

• Minimum 8++ YoE in software engineering
• Proven track record delivering production SaaS platforms
• Strong in Java (Spring Boot or similar frameworks) and TypeScript (backend)
• Skilled with React, Redux, and ES6+ (frontend)
• Experience in microservices and API design (REST/GraphQL)
• Cloud-native development on AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Solid database design for distributed systems (SQL & NoSQL)
• DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD automation, and cloud security best practices

 

Bonus points for:

• Healthcare or regulated industry background
• Startup or high-growth company experience
• Open-source contributions
