Job Description

Job Summary

ICC-Kajima is seeking to fill the position of Senior Sales Executive for the sale of 25 luxury residences Mandarin Oriental Bai Nom with a total estimated sales value of over $100 million. The candidate will be based within the Hanoi Office. The Candidate is responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory.

The Senior Sales Executive will play a key role in driving revenue growth and achieving individual and team sales targets. The successful candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and prospective buyers, ensuring an exceptional client experience throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media to reach the target and goals set for your area.

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs for each products.

• Knowledge of sales techniques, professional conduct and regional customs of target country

• Knowledge of competitors, current market conditions, price development, economic and legal matters in Vietnam

• Maintain and expand relationships with clients, set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns and generate sales

• Organize site visits for prospective customers. Accompany customers on site visits and make sure that customer is briefed in detail about the project.

• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales member and report to sales manager

• Manage referral customers from company’s partners such as Retails, Banks..or from internal network.

• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

• Provide regular updates and review on sales activities with team members and report to Sales Manager and ensure timely tracking of activities in system provided

• Any other duties as assigned by Senior Sales Manager.

• A minimum of 3–5 years of relevant sales experience is required.

• Experience in luxury and ultra-luxury sales businesses such as automobile, diamonds, watches, jewelry..

• Experience in priority care business such as priority banking, insurance, customer service.

• Good general knowledge of finance, culture, geography..

• Strong professional network and influencing skills. KOL preferred.

• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both spoken and written.

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, patient, proactive and results-oriented.

• Ability to manage own social media, advertising platforms. Knowing digital marketing is an advantage.

• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

• Persuasion skills; ability to close sales effectively.
