The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer to elevate our product quality and testing culture.
You’ll be the first to introduce automation testing practices into our environment and help shape how QA is done at Omnicasa. You’ll work closely with our Vietnamese engineering team and collaborate with our non engineering colleagues to ensure the stability and performance of our CRM products.
What You’ll Do
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for our CRM platform (web and mobile).
- Define and implement the foundation for automated testing within the company.
- Identify, document, and track software defects; collaborate closely with developers to ensure timely fixes.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish QA best practices and processes.
- Perform manual testing where necessary — focusing on regression, integration, and system testing.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure overall product quality.
- Contribute to release management and continuous improvement of our testing pipeline.
- 5+ years of experience in software testing, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead QA role.
- Solid understanding of testing methodologies and frameworks (manual and automated).
- Experience building or introducing automation from scratch — tool selection, framework setup, CI/CD integration.
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum development processes.
- Strong analytical mindset and excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Bonus points for experience with:
- CRM, ERP, or SaaS applications.
- Database and API testing (SQL, Postman).
- Performance or load testing (JMeter, LoadRunner).
- QA certifications (ISTQB or similar).
