As a Software PM, you will:

• Lead end-to-end product development projects, from early discovery and idea validation to delivery and post-launch support.
• Work closely with founders and stakeholders to clarify product vision, refine business goals, and translate ambiguous ideas into structured roadmaps and execution plans.
• Act not only as a project manager, but also as a product-thinking partner — proactively identifying risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities in both business and technical aspects.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics aligned with product outcomes.
• Prepare and manage budgets based on scope, team structure, and delivery strategy.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while maintaining high product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Manage client relationships professionally, serving as a trusted advisor rather than just a task coordinator.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including requirement definitions, roadmaps, risk logs, and performance tracking.
• Measure project and product performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Nice to Have (Additional Advantage):

• Strong Business Analysis capability (requirement elicitation, stakeholder mapping, process modeling, product validation).
• Experience working in product studio environments or building products from early-stage ideas.
• Hands-on experience utilizing AI tools in project delivery (e.g., ChatGPT, coding agents, AI-assisted documentation, backlog generation, workflow automation).

Your Skills and Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in software project management
• Proven leadership skills, ability to prioritize, communicate clearly, a consistent track record of Project, and an obsession about the customer experience
• Good English written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work up, down and across organizational levels (Ielts >=7.0)
• A flexible nature, good sense of humor, the ability to establish strong working relationships, and enjoy being part of a team of like-minded individuals
• Detail-orientation, with strong organizational skills, able to work under pressure in a changing environment, and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously

Nice to have:  

• PMP or Scrum Master Certification (Preferred)
• Have experience in Business Analysis
