- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field.​

- Experience: At least 2+ years of experience in consumer finance, banking, or credit card portfolio management, with a focus on customer engagement, retention, and loyalty programs.​

- Strong data analysis and campaign optimization skills to drive data-driven decisions.​

- Experience working with revolving credit products (Credit Cards, BNPL, or Personal Loans) is a plus.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.​

- Advanced skills in data analytics: SQL, Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.

- Language: Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
