As a Product Designer, you’ll shape the online shopping experience for millions of users—designing intuitive flows, reducing friction, and building systems that scale.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Designs with clarity, consistency, and attention to detail
• Builds and evolves design systems for scale and efficiency
• Takes ownership and solves problems proactively
• Cares deeply about creating meaningful, high-quality customer experiences

🧠Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to defining product strategy and design direction
• Translate broad, conceptual ideas into practical, engaging interfaces
• Identify high-impact opportunities, design features, and clearly articulate rationale
• Advocate for diverse user needs using research and data-driven insights
• Conduct user research, behavioral analysis, task analysis, conceptual modeling, and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Ensure consistency across products by adhering to and evolving the design system; collaborate with engineering, product, data, and marketing to eliminate inconsistencies
• Give and receive feedback to continually raise design quality across the team
• Prototype experiences at varying fidelities for validation and iteration

Your Skills and Experience

🧠Requirements

• A portfolio demonstrating relevant design capabilities is required; applications without portfolios will not be reviewed
• Strong product mindset and ability to make rational, data-informed design decisions
• Understand technical limitations and possibilities, and can effectively communicate ideas to engineers
• Demonstrated ability to present design decisions clearly through verbal, written, and visual communication
• Strong visual design skills, including visual hierarchies, typography, spacing, and color attention to detail
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or Interaction Designer
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma or equivalent
