Senior Partnership Executive (Lương Up To 30M)

Your role & responsibilities

• Actively seek out and approach potential partners to expand the AWING Ads Network.
• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with partners, ensuring a mutually beneficial collaboration that aligns with AWING’s growth strategy.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the market that can support AWING’s business objectives.
• Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both parties while aligning with AWING’s strategic goals.
• Work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation of partnership deals and support partners with necessary resources.
• Regularly evaluate partnership performance, ensuring that targets and KPIs are met, and make recommendations for improvement when needed.

Your skills & qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
