Job Description

Role Overview:

Zeder Corporation is seeking a Senior Marketing Analytics Specialist to own marketing performance measurement across our brands. This role is responsible for doing campaign analysis, building and maintaining brand health dashboards, calculating core unit-economics metrics (LTV, CAC, LTV:CAC, ROAS, MER, payback period, AOV, conversion rate, repeat purchase rate, etc), and delivering clear, actionable insights across both brand and performance marketing initiatives. This is a decision-support role. The successful candidate will translate complex marketing data into insight that directly informs budget allocation, campaign optimisation, and long-term brand health.


Key Responsibilities:

- Own and maintain brand health dashboards, including AOV, CAC, LTV, conversion rate, repeat purchase rate, and blended channel performance.

- Calculate and maintain LTV, CAC, LTV:CAC, ROAS, MER (blended ROAS), payback period, AOV, conversion rate, repeat purchase rate, new vs returning customer mix, ensuring consistent methodology across brands and channels.

- Build and automate marketing performance dashboards for paid, organic, and owned channels.

- Analyse marketing campaign performance across brand and performance marketing initiatives, including pre/post analysis and trend evaluation.

- Provide clear insight and recommendations, not just reporting, to support marketing and commercial decision-making.

- Deeply analyse GA4 data to identify behavioral insights, funnel drop-offs, channel interactions, and anomalies.

- Partner with marketing, e-commerce, and leadership teams to answer ad-hoc performance and growth questions.

- Ensure data accuracy by understanding how marketing data is captured, attributed, and where limitations exist.

- Develop and maintain internal documentation for metric definitions, assumptions, and reporting logic.

- Continuously refine dashboards and reporting frameworks to improve clarity, relevance, and actionability.

- In addition to the duties listed above, the position holder must carry out tasks assigned by the supervisor that are essentially related to duties.


Required Qualifications:

- All applicants must have excellent, clear, and proficient English language skills, both written and spoken. The highest level of English both spoken and English will help guarantee the role alongside your technical ability.

- 5-7+ years’ experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or performance analytics.

- Strong understanding of LTV, CAC, ROAS, attribution, and unit economics in a marketing context.

- Advanced proficiency in GA4, including event-based analysis and funnel reporting.

- Strong experience building dashboards in tools such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, or equivalent.

- High competency in spreadsheet modelling (Excel / Google Sheets).

- Ability to interpret marketing data critically and challenge misleading or vanity metrics.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain insights to non-technical stakeholders.

- High attention to detail and comfort working with imperfect or incomplete data.


Preferred Experience:

- Experience working with e-commerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, or similar).

- Familiarity with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) and their reporting nuances.

- Basic SQL knowledge or experience working with data warehouses.

- Understanding of CRM data and lifecycle marketing metrics.

- Experience supporting multi-brand or multi-region marketing environments.

- A commercial mindset with the confidence to challenge assumptions and influence decisions.

- Proactive approach to identifying reporting gaps and improving analytical frameworks.
