Senior IOS Developer (Good English)

Your role & responsibilities

• Feature Development: Implement new features and provide ongoing maintenance for the FasterPay iOS application.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and correct bottlenecks, improve application performance, and resolve complex bugs.
• Quality Assurance: Review and document code to ensure high standards of maintainability and clarity. 

Your skills & qualifications

Required Skills

• Experience: 5+ years of experience building high-quality, scalable iOS applications.
• Language Proficiency: Solid experience designing, developing, debugging, and deploying using Swift as the primary language.
• Architecture: Strong knowledge of MVVM and Clean Architecture.
• Foundations: Good knowledge of OOP, Protocol-Oriented Programming, and various design patterns.
• Testing: Solid experience with unit testing (XCTest) and UI automation testing.
• Data Handling: Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON using frameworks like URLSession or Alamofire.
• Lifecycle: Deep understanding of the full Apple mobile development life cycle and App Store Connect.
• English: Intermediate or Upper-intermediate proficiency.

Nice-to-have Skills

• Modern Frameworks: Experience with SwiftUI and Combine.
• Cross-Platform: Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) or Flutter/React Native.
• DevOps: Experience building and configuring CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Bitrise, GitHub Actions, or Fastlane).
• AI Integration: Experience leveraging AI agents to accelerate development workflows.

Soft Skills

• Leadership: Proven leadership skills with a desire to coach and mentor junior team members.
• Growth Mindset: Ability to self-study, identify gaps in knowledge, and proactively overcome weaknesses.
• Problem Solving: Creative thinker with a strong aptitude for solving complex technical problems.
