Senior Interior Marketing & Business Development Manager

Job Description
Your role & responsibilities
- Develop and execute interior marketing strategies to generate qualified leads and new projects
- Plan and manage online marketing activities (SNS, platforms, and digital channels)
- Create and manage marketing content including project cases and promotional materials
- Analyze customer feedback and improve marketing performance and conversion rates
- Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities
- Conduct client meetings, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals independently
- Coordinate with internal teams and headquarters for marketing and sales execution
Your skills & qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Educational background in Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields
- Proficient in basic PC applications and design software, including:
- Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to create and edit professional PowerPoint presentation files
- Ability to use basic CAD and Photoshop (or similar design tools) for simple tasks
- Ability to perform and manage internet and digital marketing operations
- 10+ years of experience in marketing or business development (interior, construction, or real estate industry preferred)
- Proven ability to independently acquire projects and close business deals
- Experience in market research and marketing strategy execution
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage projects end-to-end
Language Requirements
- Korean language proficiency preferred for internal communication
- If Korean is not available, fluent English communication is required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in interior design, construction, or architectural project-based marketing or sales
- Experience in B2B project-based sales or contract-based business
- Experience in digital marketing campaign planning and execution
- Experience working with multinational or cross-border teams
