Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple scopes: Head Office (Back Office functions); Local hires for overseas markets; Vietnamese talents for overseas assignments.

• Manage hiring across different levels, from executive to managerial roles.

• Proactively source, engage, and build pipelines across markets, utilizing a mix of in-house and headhunting approaches

• Partner closely with Hiring Managers (HO & Overseas) to understand business needs, hiring priorities, and talent requirements in each market

• Provide market insights (talent availability, salary benchmarks, hiring challenges) to support hiring decisions and workforce planning

• Drive and ensure a structured recruitment process, including screening, interviews, evaluation alignment, and offer management across markets

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (HRBP, Local HR, Operation teams) to ensure smooth hiring and onboarding processes

• Maintain recruitment compliance, report, documentation, and consistency in hiring standards across regions

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably with exposure to: Multi-role hiring, Fast-paced or growth environments, International or cross-market recruitment (is a strong advantage)

• Strong sourcing capability, with experience in both active sourcing and stakeholder-driven hiring

• Good understanding of recruitment market dynamics, especially in cross-border or emerging markets

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to work with diverse teams (HO & local markets)

• High level of ownership, adaptability, and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment

• Good command of English (working level or above)
