The Job
- Develop, maintain, and optimize the company’s e-commerce website (frontend & backend).
- Ensure seamless integration and data synchronization between the website and third-party platforms.
- Design and manage a centralized product database, including product information, pricing, inventory, and order data.
- Develop or propose AI-driven and automation solutions to support business operations (e.g., product recommendations, customer support automation, data analytics).
- Act as a technical lead for AI or system-related projects, including working with and managing external vendors or outsourcing teams when required.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to translate business needs into technical solutions and continuously improve system performance.
- 4–6+ years of experience as a Full-stack Developer.
- Strong backend expertise in Java.
- Proficiency in frontend frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or equivalent.
- Solid experience in database design and management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Proven experience working with e-commerce systems and API integrations.
- Basic understanding or hands-on experience with AI/automation solutions is a strong advantage.
- Experience working with external vendors or managing outsourced development teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a system and business-oriented mindset.
- Good reading comprehension of technical English
- Salary: Negotiable based on experience and skills.
