- Bachelor’s degree in industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.

- 5+ years of IE experience, preferably in: EMS / contract manufacturing environment, Machine, jig/fixture, and test equipment management

- Solid understanding of: Production line layout design & evaluation, Cycle time analysis, line balancing, productivity, OEE

- Work independently with EMS partners, Communicate technical topics clearly and effectively

- Fluent English or Japanese in oral and writing, which can be as the working language, Japanese is preferred.

- Good office skills at Microsoft office such as Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

- Result oriented, ability to multi-task, negotiation and problem-solving skills with partners.

- A team player, good communication and coordination skills which can support build interactions among multiple functions.

- High motivation, sense of responsibility, self-discipline & willing to learn.
