Senior Embedded Engineer C/C++

Job Description
As a Senior Embedded Software Engineer, you will join an international Scrum team, contributing to scalable and reliable embedded software solutions, with opportunities to support security-related initiatives and CI/CD (DevOps) pipelines in a large-scale engineering project with more than 150 software developers.
- Responsible for designing, developing and maintaining embedded software components in C/C++
- Contribute to system architecture and software integration activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/SAFe environment
- Establishing professional processes
- Architectural optimizations in the area of return of invest.
Must have requirements:
- Bachelor of engineering or related fields.
- 3 - 10 years of experience for Embedded Software Development.
- Very good C coding skills.
- Good knowledge and experience working with embedded system development (Software build process, Microcontrollers, Debugging Tools, real-time operating system (RTOS), memory stack e.g. FLASH, EEPROM, FEE, …).
- Fluent English communication.
- Good requirement engineering and software design skill.
- Technical leadership
- Ability to take over ownership for topics with a cross-team.
- Ability to mentor less experienced team members and to foster a learning culture.
Nice-to-have requirements:
- Exposure to cybersecurity concepts (secure design, secure coding, security architecture)
- Experience with Linux, QNX
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (DevOps)
- Familiarity with SAFe or Scrum methodologies
