Job Description

Your role & responsibilities

  • Manage the brand’s Shopee store, including product setup, optimization, image and content management, and day-to-day operations.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns and major shopping events (e.g., 9.9, 11.11, 12.12).
  • Monitor daily sales performance, orders, inventory, and product efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Design teams to ensure product presentation and campaigns align with brand direction.
  • Analyze performance data and prepare regular reports on sales, traffic, and campaign results.
  • Utilize Shopee Ads effectively to increase traffic, conversions, and revenue.
  • Stay updated on Shopee’s latest tools, policies, and market trends to optimize store performance.
  • Coordinate with Shopee Account Managers to align on campaign strategies and leverage promotional opportunities.
  • Support cross-channel campaigns on TikTok Shop and Lazada when required.

Your skills & qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in e-commerce (Shopee experience preferred).
  • Proven track record in managing and growing Shopee stores with measurable sales results.
  • Experience in planning, executing, and achieving business targets.
  • Good command of English (both written and verbal).
  • Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Shopee Seller Centre, Shopee Ads, and data reporting tools.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  • Ambitious, with a clear goal of progressing to E-Commerce Manager within 1–2 years.
