• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• At least 3- 4+ years business development, sales, product management, marketing or other directly related experience.

• Proficient in assessing customer needs.

• Negotiation skills/experience in English AND Chinese (HSK 4 and above)

• Strong financial skills and business acumen.

• Knowledgeable on conducting market and territory analysis and planning.

• Ability to present data in logical concise manner

• Skilled in project / process management and meeting facilitation

• Ability to work within an highly matrix organization with a multicultural environment and diverse workforce

• Advanced knowledge in MS Office and Google Apps
