The Job
Primary Objective
- Work closely with the business users to understand business needs and is a major contributor to the requirements specification deliverable, writes the business and functional requirements.
- Coordinate with solutions vendors, developers, designers, and testers to develop digital solutions answering business requirement.
Main Responsibilities
- Create and monitor user stories with system development team.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to determine development approaches, scope, and expected timeline of projects / releases.
- Conduct interviews with clients and related departments to identify opportunities to optimize user experience and efficiency of business operations.
- Write documents on business processes, system features and specifications to share among multiple development teams.
- Seek vendors, explain requirements, compare solutions from different angles such as functionalities, cost, and delivery ability.
- Manage projects in terms of timeline and quality.
- Support end users on system usage.
- Maintain the close relationship with both internal and external users, suppliers to ensure the value created through the utility and warranty of services assigned
1. Education Level
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
- Four-years college diploma or university degree in computer systems design or computer science
2. Knowledge & Experiences
- A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in business analysis, and minimum 1 year in managing internal projects.
- Experience in Agile way of work is a plus.
- Concrete knowledge in various administration processes and internal operations such as HR, CRM, Accounting…
3. Technical Skills
- Proficient in using diagram softwares.
- Familiar with work collaboration tools, such as JIRA, Confluence.
- Experience in using Excel VBA and SQL is a plus.
4. Soft Skills
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and contribute to new ideas required in a diverse, fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment.
- Highly self-motivated and directed.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
