We are looking for Senior Backend Engineers (Java/Springboot) to drive the delivery of AI and Data-driven products in banking and finance within a complex enterprise environment. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading technology company in Vietnam and become part of the core team building sophisticated, high-performance, and intuitive user interfaces that power our AI products and platform services.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and deploy scalable, high-quality Java-based solutions using clean code principles.
- Optimize and maintain existing core services while architecting new features to meet evolving business requirements.
- Take full ownership of the software lifecycle, including writing robust Unit/Integration tests and managing deployments to production.
- Actively participate in code reviews to enforce coding standards and improve system reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design high-performance APIs and backend architectures.
- 4+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer. Proficiency in Java (Java Core/Spring Framework/Spring Boot)
- Good understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms
- Strong understanding of OOP and SOLID principles.
- Expertise in SQL/ NoSQL Databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices
- Familiarity with Redis, Kafka
- Experience in high-performance, low-latency systems, handling large-scale data processing and real-time transactions
- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and Cloud Infrastructure is a plus
- Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
