Outcubator is looking for a Senior Android Developer who wants to level-up their career in the payment industry. If you are highly motivated and have experience in developing payment company's products, we are hiring for Senior Android Developer to join our team in Hanoi.

Responsibilities

• Implement new features and maintenance for FasterPay app;
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs;
• Review and document code.
   

Your Skills and Experience

Skills & Competencies Required

Required skills:

• 5+ years of experience building high-quality Android apps;
• Good knowledge of OOP and various design patterns;
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle;
• Experience designing, developing, debugging, and deploying Kotlin as the primary language;
• Strong knowledge of MVP, MVVM, and clean architecture design patterns;
• Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON;
• English (intermediate/upper-intermediate).

Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience with Jetpack Compose and Kotlin Multiplatform
• Experience with building and configuring CI/CD
• Good knowledge of Flutter and/or ReactNative
• Experience with leveraging AI agents to accelerate development

• Have leadership skills;
• Coaching and mentoring team members;
• Ability to self-study and overcome weaknesses;
• Creative thinker and good problem-solver;
• Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
