Business Analysis & Solutioning:

  • Analyze business needs, challenge assumptions, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD, FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria).
  • Proactively question, validate, and refine requirements to ensure completeness, consistency, and business value.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications aligned with Salesforce capabilities.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design effective and scalable Salesforce-based solutions.
  • Ensuring requirements are clear, consistent, feasible, and aligned with business goals.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to business processes and system usage.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Act as a trusted sparring partner to stakeholders by providing insights, asking critical questions, and constructively challenging ideas.
  • Work closely with client-side Product Owner to refine requirements, priorities, and product direction.
  • Maintain regular and proactive communication to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and clarification sessions.
  • Support stakeholders in decision-making by providing clear analysis and actionable recommendations.

Agile Delivery & Product Support:

  • Participating in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Meetings, Retrospectives).
  • Support backlog management and prioritization in collaboration with Product Owner.
  • Assist in UAT planning, execution, and validation.
  • Ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations and acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure all requirements are well-defined, unambiguous, and ready before development starts.

Salesforce & Data-Oriented Work:

  • Work with Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud/ Service Cloud) to support business processes.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to define objects, workflows, and configurations.
  • Support reporting, dashboards, and data-driven insights for business decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across systems.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, Product Owner, and development team.
  • Ensure smooth communication and shared understanding across teams.
  • Provide clarification and support to developers and QC when needed.
  • Support end users through guidance or training when required.
Your Skills and Experience

CORE REQUIREMENTS 

Experience & Knowledge:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
  • Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst, or other relevant certifications …) are a plus.
  • 2–4 years of experience as a BA (preferably in CRM or Salesforce projects).
  • Strong understanding of business analysis practices and requirement documentation.
  • Experience working in Agile/ Scrum environments.
  • Ability to analyze business problems, challenge assumptions, and propose effective solutions.

Salesforce & Technical Skills:

  • Basic to intermediate understanding of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud/ Service Cloud preferred).
  • Familiarity with CRM processes and customer lifecycle management.
  • Understanding of data structures, reporting, or data analysis.
  • Knowledge of SQL or reporting tools is a plus.
  • Understanding of Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, or basic automation.
  • Ability to understand Salesforce capabilities and limitations when analyzing requirements.
  • Ability to use AI tools to support research, requirement analysis, and documentation.

Communication & Collaboration:

  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Ability to work closely with stakeholders and Product Owners, including discussing, clarifying, and challenging requirements when needed.
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to present ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience facilitating workshops, requirement discussions, or stakeholder alignment sessions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Proactive, ownership-driven, and result-oriented.
  • Ability to challenge assumptions, validate ideas, and propose practical solutions.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
