Recruitment Specialist

Your role & responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for positions across Sales, Marketing, and Corporate functions in the Hà Nội office.
• Build and execute employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and provide strategic hiring advice.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key leadership roles (including Director and above).
• Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer management.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance the company’s image as an employer of choice in the media industry.

Your skills & qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years specializing in corporate or agency hiring.
• Proven track record in senior-level hiring (e.g., Director, Head of Department).
• Strong understanding of the media, digital, or e-commerce industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, dedicated, and passionate attitude toward recruitment and employer branding.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English
