Recruitment Executive

The job holder will be a part of Panasonic's Recruiting Center team which supports recruitment activities for Panasonic group companies in Vietnam.

Main tasks may include the following:

- To support recruitment activities of Panasonic Vietnam Group (PVG) companies (e.g. attracting applications, sourcing, screening, short - listing, arranging interviews and following up)

- University graduate

- About 2-3 years' experience in recruitment, preferably from big-size foreign-owned companies or headhunting companies.

- English proficiency, good communication and interpersonal skill are a must. Japanese language proficiency is a great advantage

- Good knowledge of Vietnam Labor Code, Labor Market and Trend

- Good application of MS Office tools

- Customer service orientation, quick learner, positive thinker

- Highly proactive, self-motivated, team work spirit and the ability to work under high pressure
