• At least 3 - 5 year experience in relevant industry. Knowledge of quality systems and measurement, or RnD background

• Can have business trip frequently

• Strong knowledge of Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA)

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Controls/Automotive)• Lean Manufacturing knowledge

• Understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes

• Good English communication and interpersonal skills

• Problem-solving / Team working / Analytical skills
