Your goal is to design and drive a modern quality strategy focused on automation and bug prevention. You are the guardian of product stability — identifying issues before users encounter them, while helping product and tech teams adopt a “quality-first” mindset.

QA Strategy

• Define and maintain the testing strategy (functional, automated, exploratory, regression)

Test Automation

• Design and maintain automated test suites (API, backend, frontend)
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines to prevent regressions before production

Functional & Exploratory Testing

• Test new features in close collaboration with product and development teams
• Challenge specifications and identify edge cases (unexpected behaviors, AI-related scenarios)

Data & AI Quality

• Data & AI Quality
• Support engagement and solution proposal discussions with clients when needed.

Collaboration & Quality Culture

• Work closely with developers to improve code testability
• Promote a “shift-left” quality mindset from the design phase

Your Skills and Experience

• Experience: at least 3 years of experience in QA / Quality Engineering. 
• Technical Stack
  • Automation Testing: Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or equivalent
  • API Testing: Postman, REST Assured, pytest, or similar tools
  • Languages: JavaScript/TypeScript or Python
  • CI/CD: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or equivalent
  • Methodologies: Agile / Scrum, test pyramid, shift-left testing
• Mindset: AI-first, solution-driven, collaborative, and low-ego mindset.
  • Automation Testing: Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or equivalent
  • You don’t just “test” — you improve the product
  • A bug found in production is a bug that could have been prevented
  • You automate whenever it adds value, and know when manual testing is more effective
• Bonus Points
  • Experience with AI-driven products or LLMs
  • UX / Product sensibility
  • Understanding of testing challenges in data-heavy or distributed systems
