• Male, under 40

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Electrical/ Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Metrology, or related fields.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in QA/QC or Manufacturing.

• Quality Tools Knowledge: Familiar with 7 QC Tools, 5 Core Tools, and Six Sigma methodologies.

• Measurement Skills: Ability to operate measurement and testing equipment.

• Language Proficiency: English TOEIC score of 650 or above

• Proficiency in words, excel, power point
