Quality and Inspection Coordinator

• Plan the inspection schedule for Asia inspection team, including but not limit to China, Vietnam, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Malaysia, and India in an effective /manageable way.

• Manage the inspection booking and follow-up of all inspection requests status. Ensure the required inspection reports are available and data input is complete on time.

• College degree or above in any discipline. Major in Industry, Science or Mechanical / Production / Electronic Engineering is an advantage.

• At least 2 years of working experience in scheduling, data analysis and travel arrangement.

• Knowledge in inspection and testing workflow is a definite advantage.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).

• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English (speaking and writing). Capable of communicating in Chinese is an advantage.

• Strong planning and organizational skills, hardworking and independent.
