The Job
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Manual QC Engineer to join our team. A minimum of one year's expertise in quality assurance and quality control processes is required. As a Manual QA/QC Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the high quality and dependability of our products.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual testing of software applications and systems to identify defects and ensure functionality meets quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, and product managers, to understand project requirements and user expectations.
- Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts that effectively cover all aspects of the software, including edge cases and user scenarios.
- Execute test cases and document test results, including defects and issues found during testing.
- Identify, report, and track defects using designated tools, and work with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss project progress, potential issues, and improvements to the QA/QC process.
Must have:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- More than 1.5 years in a similar role.
- Design, write test cases and execute test cases
- Ability to analyze problems in detail, helping engineers determine the root cause in order to resolve the issue quickly.
- Own work planning and reporting
- Ability to read & understand English documents.
Nice to have:
- Experience in API testing.
- Experience working within an Agile environment.
- Have domain knowledge ERP, SAP is a plus
- Have good spoken of English
