The QA/QC Engineer / QS is responsible for ensuring interior/MEP construction quality on site while managing quantity surveying and cost control aspects of the project. The role involves inspection, documentation, quantity verification, and coordination with project teams to ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Inspect construction works on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
Kiểm tra thi công tại công trường, đảm bảo đúng bản vẽ và tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật.
2.Prepare and manage QA/QC documents such as ITP, checklists, inspection requests, and reports.
Lập và quản lý hồ sơ QA/QC như ITP, checklist, yêu cầu nghiệm thu và báo cáo.
3.Coordinate inspections with consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
Phối hợp nghiệm thu với tư vấn, chủ đầu tư và thầu phụ.
4.Monitor material quality and ensure all materials meet project requirements.
Kiểm soát chất lượng vật tư, đảm bảo đúng yêu cầu dự án.
5.Identify defects and non-conformance issues and follow up on corrective actions.
Phát hiện lỗi và theo dõi việc khắc phục các sai sót.
6.Perform quantity take-off and verify actual work quantities on site.
Bóc tách và kiểm tra khối lượng thi công thực tế tại công trường.
7.Assist in preparing progress payments, claims, and variation orders.
Hỗ trợ lập hồ sơ thanh toán, phát sinh và claim.
8.Monitor project costs and ensure work remains within budget.
Theo dõi chi phí và đảm bảo không vượt ngân sách.
9.Maintain proper documentation for QA/QC and QS records.
Quản lý và lưu trữ hồ sơ QA/QC và QS đầy đủ.
10.Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and QS team to ensure smooth execution.
Phối hợp với kỹ sư, giám sát công trường và đội QS để đảm bảo thi công hiệu quả.
11.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site procedures.
Đảm bảo tuân thủ quy định an toàn và quy trình công trường.
12.Prepare daily/weekly reports on quality issues and work progress.
Lập báo cáo ngày/tuần về chất lượng và tiến độ thi công.
13.Good knowledge of AutoCAD & drawings
Có kiến thức tốt về AutoCAD và bản vẽ
1. Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field.
Tốt nghiệp đại học ngành xây dựng hoặc kỹ thuật liên quan.
2. At least 3 years of experience in QA/QC or QS roles in construction or fit-out projects.
Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm QA/QC hoặc QS trong xây dựng/fit-out.
3. Strong knowledge of construction quality standards, inspection procedures, and documentation.
Am hiểu tiêu chuẩn chất lượng, quy trình nghiệm thu và hồ sơ QA/QC.
4. Ability to read and understand drawings and technical documents.
Đọc hiểu bản vẽ và tài liệu kỹ thuật tốt.
5. Experience in quantity take-off, cost control, and payment documentation.

6. Good coordination and communication skills.

7. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.

8. English communication is an advantage.
