QA Manager

Purpose:

- To implement & maintain the QMS/EMS system to ensure that all CEIVN’s products meet customer’s expectation.

Interactions:

- Communicate and update company’s monthly KPIs for QMS, EMS & Management meetings.

- Initiate, follow-up and take final decision on any outstanding customer complaints with the respective CEIVN project team of process, QA, test, production, maintenance and other relevant team members including CEI PTD Process & Test.

- Prepare monthly report and send to the General Manager. Report comprises of Customer complaints & returns, PCBA scrap report, Outgoing QA performance etc.

- Conduct and follow-up Quality/Environment system audits with the CEIVN internal auditors from relevant departments.

Functions:

- To promote and uphold QAD's mission

- To ensure effective implementation and maintenance of company's Quality/Environment systems.

- To coordinate management review of the company's Quality & Environment system on a regular basis

- As a Management Representative to maintain and enforce ISO14001, ISO9001+13485 & AS9100 Systems

- To initiate, recommend or provide solution to product quality problems through designated channels

- Manage the changes and maintain all documents related to the Quality/Environment management systems

- Setup system to supervise & evaluate manpower in-charge for upgrowing QAD’s mission.

Results/Output:

- To followup & maintain company's Quality/Environment documents;

- To coordinate internal and external quality audits for the company;

- To ensure timely completion of corrective actions of deficiencies found during audit and verifying its effectiveness;

- To liaise with major customers on quality requirements;

- To lead and develop a team of QA personnel in respect of their quality control functions in the company

- To initiate action to prevent the occurrence of product/environment nonconformity;

- Verify the implementation of countermeasure;

- Control further processing, delivery of non-conformed product until the deficiency has been corrected.

Authority:

- Being authorized to take any corrective action promptly affecting to quality/environemnt performance.

- Allow to remind & issue warning letter to QA staffs when he/she violates company rules or not fullfill responsibility which caused errors to product & other processes on the line.

- Allow to suggest for process improvement & manpower headcount (reduce or increase), according to trend of NG ratio or prod.schedule

- QMR/EMR is also authorized by organization freedom to resolve matter pertaining to Quality systems.

- Graduated: Technical college, university or equivalent;

- Have min.3 year experience in same position for companies assembling PCB or PCBA;

- Have knowledge on EMS and QMS (ISO9001, ISO13485, AS9100, TS16949,NADCAP…) is preferable;

- Know to use computer (Microsoft Offi

- Having been trained and understood the standards IPC-A-610, J-STD-001 & I-STD-033;

- To understand production processes: Baking PCB, AI, SMT, BE, HA, Test, Coating, FQA, Packing;

- To know how to use the equipments to support: VOM meter, LCR meter, Push tester, Hydrometer, SPI,

Lightmeter, Microscopes, Humidity & temperature measuring devices for solder pot, soldering station…
