The Job
- Responsible for external communication and internal project management.
- Manage project planning, schedule, cost, and quality control.
- Lead team building and team management activities.
- Ensure project delivery meets timeline and requirements.
- Complete tasks assigned by management.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related major.
- 6+ years of experience (3+ years development, 3+ years project management).
- Strong experience in Java and J2EE-based web architecture.
- Experience with Struts, Spring, Hibernate.
- Familiar with jQuery, AJAX, HTML/HTML5.
- Experience with DB2, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Japanese development experience is a plus.
- Fluent Japanese/Chinese/English is preferred.
