
Job Description
Portfolio & Strategic Governance
• Oversee the governance and prioritization of project portfolios to ensure alignment with long-term business goals and investment strategies.
• Evaluate feasibility and contribute to portfolio planning and roadmap decisions using business insights and performance data.
Identify the feasibility of the project
• Identify the feasibility of new projects and strategic initiatives.
• Participate in developing business cases with the Project Director / Project Lead / Portfolio / Program Manager.
• Lead workshops to co-develop Project Charters in collaboration with key stakeholders (Project Lead, Portfolio/Program Manager, Functional Manager).
• Coordinate with leadership to present and gain approval for projects via the Approved Project Charter process.
Develop the project plan:
• Lead and manage the development of the project plan: Scope Management Plan, Cost Management Plan, Quality Management Plan, Schedule Management Plan, Risk Management Plan, Stakeholders Management Plan...
• Integrate and develop the Master Project Management Plan
Project implementation & control:
• Implement and control the execution of the approved project plan
• Monitor project health within the approved time, resources, and cost
• Control project risks, conduct regular reviews, and escalate to Senior Managers when necessary
• Report project progress to the Project Director/ Portfolio/ Program Manager or Senior Managers (as required)
• Conduct regular performance reviews of the project with the Project Director/ Portfolio/ Program Manager or Senior Managers
Project closure & handover
• Evaluate the project deliverables and approved baselines with the Project Director/ Portfolio/ Program Manager or Senior Managers to determine project completion and readiness for handover
• Communicate project completion to relevant parties - Develop handover plans
• Release project resources, archive project documentation
Manage project efficiency: including budget control, resource allocation, timeline management, and proposing solutions to optimize costs, accelerate progress, and leverage resources within the ecosystem, group, and company.
Multi-project management
• Lead and implement a group of projects in the same domain or portfolio
• Coordinate with PO leads to review priority levels as requested by the busines
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
• Proficient in English
• 8+ years of project management experience, preferably inconstruction, supply chain, logistics
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams
• Strong knowledge of project management frameworks and tools (Agile experience preferred)
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and risk assessment skills
• High attention to detail, strong numerical reasoning, and integrity
• Ability to make decisions based on data, ability to evaluate project effectiveness in relation to costs incurred
• Agile mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
