Requirements:

• 3 years+ solid experience and knowledge in garment production, preferably of outerwear/sportswear.

• Strong supervision experience in daily production operations.

• Capable of improving production processes and setting up procedures & guidelines to enhance production performance.

• Good Supervision, motivation, communication & problem-solving skills.

• Fluent spoken & written English, MS office & ERP systems skills.
