Experience:

• Minimum 3–4 years in a similar supervisory role within a manufacturing environment

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of molding processes, product functions, and maintenance procedures

• Leadership, coaching, and basic management skills

• Problem-solving and defect analysis capabilities

• Ability to create standards and work instructions

• SAP knowledge

• Basic English or Japanese communication skills
